During WWI George V manufactured and assumed the alias Windsor to deceive the UK and Canadian people. Conceal fact that he and his family were German. British and Canadian soldiers died in WWI because of his treachery.

This name change saw every German reference and title being replaced with something British. The use of “Degrees, Styles, Dignities, Titles and Honours of Dukes and Duchesses of Saxony and Princes and Princesses of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, and all other German Degrees, Styles, Dignities, Titles, Honours and Appellations,” was to be discontinued.

The UK government downgrading COVID-19 means Justin Trudeau didn’t have just cause to continue to suspend regular House of Commons sittings, because COVID-19 wasn’t considered to be a pandemic by the UK government.

A few weeks after the UK government downgraded COVID-19 MacLean reported that the RCMP transfered $475,000 March 30, 2020 to Gabriel Wortman for an undercover Op. RCMP officers told MacLean that the transfer was consistent with how the RCMP funnels money “to make a buy or something”. Excerpts from MacLean report:

According to a source close to the police investigation the money came from CIBC Intria, a subsidiary of the chartered bank that handles currency transactions.

Why are the RCMP covering up RCMP & RCMP informant Peter Alan Griffon‘s involvement in Nova Scotia mass murders. The RCMP are, according to the law, criminally responsible as the principal actor in committing an offence or as a member of a party acting together in the commission of an offence.

The RCMP gave $475,000 to alledge mass murderer Gabriel Wortman on March 30, 2020 for a RCMP drug Op involving convicted drug trafficker turned RCMP informant Peter Alan Griffon.

Parole Board of Canada review provides compelling evidence and reasonable suspicion that RCMP informant Peter Alan Griffon is the Nova Scotia mass murderer.

In the assessment of risk, the Board first looks to your index offences of Possession of Schedule I/II Substance for Purpose of Trafficking, Unauthorized Possession Prohibited/Restricted Weapon, Fail to Comply with Condition of Undertaking/Recognizance, and Unauthorized Possession of Firearm. Your sentence was in excess of six years, but with remand time considered, it translated into two years, nine months and eight days.

To be more specific on how you incurred the index offences, you became a person of interest to police who, in December 2014, were investigating a known Security Threat Group (STG), namely La Familia with ties to MS-13. Your vehicle was stopped, and a search uncovered a significant amount of cocaine, a considerable amount of cash and an extendable baton. This seizure resulted in a search of your residence, a converted warehouse of sorts. Again, considerable drugs and trafficking/production paraphernalia and money was seized. Further aggravating in the assessment of risk is the fact numerous weapons, mostly high powered and/or converted, were seized. File information would certainly suggest that these weapons were directly related to the
drug trade, be it for protection and/or enforcement purposes. You readily admitted to working for a cocaine distribution operation and that your job was to store, process, distribute, and transport cocaine to traffickers.

Statement from Nova Scotia RCMP provides compelling evidence that Peter Alan Griffon was a RCMP informant:

Some of the information that was unsealed and released from the ITOs on July 27, 2020, is from one individual who was interviewed and provided information which described the gunman as someone who was involved in the importation and trafficking of illicit drugs and firearms.

As Part of H-Strong, investigators have conducted close to 700 witness interviews and only this one witness has come forward with information that the gunman was actively and recently involved in the importation and trafficking of illegal drugs. No other persons interviewed of the close to 700, including those closest to the gunman, have provided similar information that proves the gunman was an illegal drug smuggler and or drug trafficker.

The investigation has not uncovered any evidence that the gunman was involved in organized crime. Outside of one uncorroborated statement, the remainder of witness interviews have not revealed any corroborated or actionable information that the gunman was involved in organized importation or sale of illegal drugs with any other single person or that the gunman was part of any type of criminal organization or organized crime group.

Focusing vast amount of sunlight on selected portions of the earth will cause a heatwave in the targeted region. Heating the ionosphere to raise the temperature of the ionosphere by hundreds of degrees will logically induce an artificial global warming effect.

HAARP climate change weapon reactivated

In a lecture on April 27, 1997 at the University of Georgia former Secretary of Defense, William Cohen spoke on weapons of mass destruction. At that lecture Cohen asserted that:

“Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.”

Secretary of Defense Cohen stated that this directed-energy weapon (DEW) is an eco-type of terrorism. Can we take Cohen’s assertions to be true?  As Secretary of Defense, Cohen would have had first hand technical knowledge of the existence of such a weapon of mass destruction. So if what he was saying is true who is using this weapon of mass destruction and eco-type of terrorism? William Cohen told you who in his statement:

Former US Secretary of Defense, William Cohen warned us in 1997 that there is a weapon that is capable of causing climate change. Cohen was talking about the existence of HAARP. Germany built one of its own HAARP weapon that can cause climate change. It’s called EISCAT.

The US’s HAARP was developed by the Bill Clinton / Al Gore administration as a weapon of mass destruction. HAARP was ordered built by Bill Clinton and Al Gore to beam electromagnetic waves into the Earth’s ionosphere to trigger geophysical events such as earthquakes, climate change, volcanic eruptions and the like. Congressional Hearing records during the Clinton administration and HAARP patents disclose that HAARP beaming heats the ionosphere.  This HAARP ionosphere heating can cause a controlled diverting or altering of the natural path of the jet stream.

What does manipulating the jet stream have to do with altering the climate – cause climate change?  The jet stream is literally a fast flowing (at jet speed) stream – of water vapor.  The jet stream transports atmospheric rivers of water vapor around the World. These jet streams of vapor carry an amount of water vapor roughly equivalent to the average flow of water at the mouth of the Mississippi River. When these atmospheric rivers make landfall, they often release this water vapor in the form of rain or snow. By manipulating the jet stream (pushing or pulling it off course) HAARP can modify the weather. HAARP can alter the path an existing high pressure weather system (clear skies) or low pressure weather system (storm clouds) anywhere on Earth just by heating the ionosphere over the target region.

Todd Pedersen, a scientist at the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Space Vehicles Directorate at Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, New Mexico confirmed that HAARP does in fact heat the ionosphere.

“Its powerful radio waves drive ionospheric electrons back and forth in what are called plasma waves. As those driven electrons collide with each other and with background species, their temperature goes up, which is why HAARP is called a heater.”

During the past 15 years, HAARP has produced many interesting and unexpected results, perhaps most spectacularly the production of an artificial ionospheric plasma (auroras) generated by radio waves.

array of transmitting antennas that, in total, produced 960 kW
of RF power—about the same as generated by 10 AM radio
stations. The HAARP beam is broad like a flashlight’s, not narrow like a laser’s, but it can be electronically steered anywhere within 30° of zenith—that is, local vertical—and it can operate at 3–10 MHz.

HAARP can also create a column-shaped hole with a diameter of 30 miles that rises a couple of hundred kilometers through the atmosphere. The lower atmosphere then moves up the column to fill in that space, and it changes pressure systems below. The result of hot surface air being sucked up into the column to fill the HAARP created column-shaped hole is a HAARP created hurricane (if HAARP column-shaped hole is made over water) or tornado (if HAARP column-shaped hole is made over land).

The April/May 2000 issue of Scientific American contains an article on the effects of altering the course of the jet stream. This slight change to the jet stream path occurred right above the HAARP facility. That little movement created a storm front 4,000 miles away in east Texas and Louisiana to move into central Florida where it triggered a couple of tornadoes. This article gives evidence that HAARP and Germany’s EISCAT can induce/cause climate change thousands of miles away with only a slight change to the jet stream path.

The patent was abandoned because the WHO intended on using it as a biological weapon. AIDS was caused by the WHO using smallpox vaccines made with the live viral component of the infectious and deadly vaccinia virus.

AIDS is now treatable so the WHO needed a new virus to make $billions in treating, not curing, the novel disease. The  herpes virus ORF10 protein was intentionally encoded in SARS to cause and prolong SARS-CoV-2 infections.

The WHO and Germany initiated planning and preparing for the COVID-19 plandemic during the 2017 G20 Hamburg summit. The above video is video 9 of the plandemic videos Germany and the WHO made in 2017 of a simulation exercise depicting a fictional viral outbreak that spreads by droplets.

Germany and the WHO’s simulation exercises used these fake news reports, fake Twitter posts, videos and paid actors to fake a viral outbreak. The simulation exercises were conducted to assist Germany and the WHO recruit G20 leaders at the 2017 G20 Hamburg summit for Germany and the WHO’s COVID-19 plandemic.

We conducted a simulation exercise during our meeting in Berlin in May 2017 in close cooperation with the World Health Organization (WHO), … The international community needs to fully support the WHO in order for the organization to be able to fulfill its role, including in capacity building and in preparing for and responding to health emergencies. In this respect, we acknowledge that WHO’s financial and human resource capacities have to be strengthened, including through adequate and sustainable funding for the Health Emergencies Programme and the WHO Contingency Fund for Emergencies (CFE).

In criminal law, Germany and the WHO’s actions are defined as a conspiracy. An agreement between two or more persons or parties to commit a crime at some time in the future. Criminal law in most countries require that at least one overt act (COVID-19) be undertaken in furtherance of that agreement, to constitute an criminal offense.

The agreement is the key element of criminal conspiracy cases, and must constitute a common plan with a mutual objective amongst the parties. The law does not require that the agreement be made in writing – it can be verbal or even unspoken.

The WHO conducted another pandemic simulation exercise in China on December 5, 2019. Days before the Wuhan China epidemic began. Because Germany and the WHO used fake news reports of a vial outbreak in 2017 to recruit G20 leaders to assist Germany and the WHO in a future viral outbreak there is reasonable suspicion that the Wuhan China outbreak was faked too. That allegation is supported by the fact that the WHO conducted 21 epidemic and plandemic simulation (synonym: fake, sham) exercises in 2020. Screenshot of WHO website confirms that.

Germany stated publicly January 31, 2020 at the World Economic Forum why it conspired with the WHO to commit crimes against humanity – wage biological warfare against the civilian population of the World:

For the purpose of this Statute, crime against humanity means any of the following acts when committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, with knowledge of the attack:

(k) other inhumane acts of a similar character intentionally causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health.

(a) attack directed against any civilian population means a course of conduct involving the multiple commission of acts referred to in paragraph 1 against any civilian population, pursuant to or in furtherance of a State or organizational policy to commit such attack;
