Weather modification being used to wage war

Cloud seeding involves dispersing particles into clouds to create precipitation, thereby modifying the weather. Weather modification can be used and has been used to wage war against an adversary by redirecting heavy rainfall. Heavy rains can cause floods and landslides in a targeted area.

Cloud seeding is just one method being used today for weather modification and weather warfare. Lasers can be used to induce rainfall.

Ionosphere heaters can and have been used to wage war by inducing fog, heavy precipitation/flooding, earthquakes and volcanic eruptions.

On April 27, 1997 at the University of Georgia former Secretary of Defense, William Cohen spoke about a new type of weapon of mass destruction that were being developed. At that lecture Cohen asserted that:

“Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves”

William Cohen was talking about ionosphere heaters called HAARP (US) and EISCAT/EISCAT 3D (Germany’s Fourth Reich EU) being used to cause climate change. He stated that they’re being used as an eco-type of terrorism.

Ionosphere heaters are currently being used by various governments to cause extreme climate change. HAARP, X-37B, SBX-1 (USA), EISCAT (GERMANY), SURA (RUSSIA) AND WEM (CHINA) all have the capability to cause climate change or wage weather warfare.

Ionosphere heaters or lasers mounted on an UAV can also be used to start fires. Bernard J. Eastlund’s US patent US4686605A, “Method and apparatus for altering a region in the earth’s atmosphere, ionosphere, and/or magnetosphere”

“Weather modification (climate change) is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere wind patterns (jet streams) or altering solar absorption patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device”

Ionosphere heaters “could also serve as a means for … focusing vast amount of sunlight on selected portions of the earth”

The effect of focusing sunlight has been demonstrated countless times by using a magnifying glass to ignite a fire.

Ionosphere heaters can perform the same function as a magnifying glass – focus sunlight onto a targeted area.

The cause and effect of ionosphere heaters focusing energy onto a targeted area for one day has been made known by NASA Technical Reports Server (NTRS)

“It has been estimated that through radio frequency heating at a power of 10 kW for one day, it should be possible to increase the temperature of a soil volume of about 1 cubic m by about 200 C”

Heating dry timber on the ground/soil to 200°C can cause the dry timber to ignite and start a fire.

How ionosphere heaters can cause heavy rainfall and flooding

Ionosphere heaters are being used today to manipulate the weather by creating either a high or low pressure system over a targeted area – depending on the effect desired. To cause a drought ionosphere heaters create a high pressure system over a targeted area. To cause heavy rainfall and flooding in a targeted area ionosphere heaters create a low pressure system.

In order for ionosphere heaters to create Biblical flooding ionosphere heaters create an electromagnetic dam. This electromagnetic dam causes the atmospheric rivers to stall over a targeted area which causes astronomical amounts of precipitation to fall on the targeted area.

Ionosphere heaters developers discovered that ionosphere heaters can cause an electronic dam to be formed in the atmosphere! These electronic dams can divert or block the vapor of atmospheric rivers, causing huge amounts of rainfall to be dumped. The ionosphere heater formed electromagnetic dam blocks the flow of the atmospheric river, causing it to back up behind the dam. Eventually, the atmospheric river pressure builds up and undermines the ionosphere heaters dam causing the sudden release of momentous precipitation.

The US, Germany, China and Russia’s ionosphere heaters were all intentionally built as a weapon of mass destruction. Germany has been and is today using ionosphere heaters to further Pope Francis and the UN’s climate change agendas – obtain $billions under false pretences.

It is illegal for a government and the UN to develop and/or use any system that manipulates the weather.

The Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD), formally the Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques is an international treaty prohibiting the military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects. It opened for signature on 18 May 1977 in Geneva and entered into force on 5 October 1978. The Convention bans weather warfare, which is the use of weather modification techniques for the purposes of inducing damage or destruction.

BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc Patent US5041834A, informs you how the ionosphere heaters can cause climate change over great distances:

“This invention relates to generation of a Artificial Ionospheric Mirror (AIM), or a plasma layer in the atmosphere. The AIM is used like the ionosphere to reflect RF energy over great distances. A tiltable AIM is created by a heater antenna controlled in phase and frequency. The heater antenna phase shift scans a beam to paint a plasma layer. Frequency is changed to refocus at continually higher altitudes to tilt the plasma layer.”

Magnetometers provide compelling evidence that ionosphere heaters are being used today as a weapon of mass destruction. They’re being used to wage war, fabricate climate change, set off earthquakes and/or volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves transmissions.

The WHO staged concurrent and consecutive pandemic simulation exercises during COVID-19 and data from those exercises were used to exaggerate the severity and extent of COVID-19

“As of 19 March 2020, COVID-19 is no longer considered to be a high consequence infectious disease (HCID) in the UK. … The Advisory Committee on Dangerous Pathogens (ACDP) is also of the opinion that COVID-19 should no longer be classified as an HCID.” UK government

If COVID-19 was downgraded in March 2020 why did COVID-19 continue? The insolvent WHO (UN) conducted concurrent and consecutive COVID-19 pandemic simulation exercises (SE) and the WHO used data from those SE to exaggerate the severity and extent of COVID-19. As many as 21 “realistic” simulations exercise were conducted throughout 2020. The WHO stated on its website in 2020 that its simulation exercises used various means including “through fake press articles, face to face through actors, audio/visual material including video clips” to present the simulation exercises “as close to reality as possible”. The WHO simulation exercises used the official names and locations of countries’ regulation and health care institutions in order to deceive public officials, the mass media and the general public.

The WHO stated in its NOVEL CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) SIMULATION EXERCISE FACILITATORS’ GUIDE “In order to provide a realistic context for the simulation, the scenario and relevant questions must be adapted to the country specific context, and incorporate some of the following elements:

• Actual names of existing regulation procedures, institutions in your country,

• Actual location of services within the country (health care facilities etc)

• Numbers in line with the size of your populations,

• Etc

This adaptation is essential for the success of the exercise; this is what makes the simulation ‘real’ to participants.

Note that the WHO is conducting COVID-19 simulations Exercises throughout 2021. WHO’s “COVID-19 Simulation Exercises Packages” states:

“COVID-19 vaccine drill package sets out four common exercise drills that can be used in conjunction with your country COVID-19 vaccination programme.”

The cash strapped/insolvent WHO is using COVID-19 simulation exercises to commit fraud – obtain $billions by false pretense. The purpose of those exercises is to make it look like countries are being vaccinated willingly. News agencies are given those simulation exercises videos to help the WHO promote the UN’s “Immunization Agenda 2030“

Coincidentally, the WHO conducted a pandemic simulation (synonyms: sham, fake, pretext) exercise December 5, 2019 just days before the novel/patented SARS-CovV-2 coronavirus epidemic began in Wuhan China. The WHO website stated in 2020 (link to a screenshot of the WHO’s 2020 pandemic simulation exercises website) that the simulation exercises used various means including “through fake press articles, face to face through actors, audio/visual material including video clips” to present the simulation exercises “as close to reality as possible”.
