Hurricane Fiona’s sudden turn left towards the East Coast indicates that the hurricane is being steered by an ionosphere heater. Monitoring the North Atlantic water and air temperatures will prove it is. Sudden rise in temperatures ahead of the hurricane provides evidence that the North Atlantic ocean’s air and water is being heated to steer it towards Canada’s Maritime provinces.

North Atlantic water and air temperatures can be monitored using the “Nova Scotia, Canada Area Waters Live Buoy Observations“. Screenshot above was taken September 23, 2022 at 14:00 hours Atlantic time.

Hurricanes need warm water — at temperatures of at least (minimal) 80 degrees F. Hurricanes take in the heat from warm waters, which gives them power. This time of the year the North Atlantic doesn’t have warm water to fuel a hurricane. The Buoy for Halifax harbor confirms that the recorded water temperature is currently 63°F, not 80°F that is needed to fuel a hurricane. 63°F water temperature is internationally recognized as cold water. Cruise ships, merchant ships and navy vessels crew members know that it is.

There are 4 main ionosphere heaters currently being used by various governments to cause climate change. HAARP (USA), EISCAT (GERMANY), SURA (RUSSIA) AND WEM (CHINA) all have the capability to cause climate change. All 4 ionosphere heaters can steer a hurricane by heating the water and air in front of a hurricane. The US Air Force’s X-37B is an orbital ionosphere heater.

Data from the ETNA RADIO OBSERVATORY in Sicily shows us that the ionosphere heater being used is Germany’s EISCAT 3D ionosphere heater.

EISCAT 3D uses a different frequency than most other ionosphere heaters. EISCAT 3D’s July 2022 study report informs us EISCAT 3D uses the “high-rate (50 Hz) amplitude”.

2.3 Scintillation data

GPS scintillation data are obtained from the CHAIN (Canadian High Arctic Ionospheric Network) receiver at Resolute Bay (Jayachandran et al., 2009). For this study, we are using the high-rate (50 Hz) amplitude and phase data from the L1 (1575.420 MHz) signal

ETNA RADIO OBSERVATORY data clearly shows that EISCAT 3D is transmitting 50 Hz.

North Atlantic Ocean air and water temperatures update 17:00 hours ETD – Halifax Harbor buoy recorded air temperature of 55.4°F, water temperature 62.6℉. Too cold to fuel any hurricane. Again, hurricanes need at least (minimal) 80℉ water temperature to stay active.

Patent provides compelling evidence that ionosphere heaters are the root cause of global warming

Root cause of recent heatwaves isn’t caused by global warming. Heatwaves are caused by weather modifying / climate change weapons HAARP (US) & EISCAT (Germany’s EU). Heatwaves coincided with UN and the Vatican initiating their climate change agenda – obtain $billions by false pretence. Both are blaming CO2 emissions for rise in global temperatures. Both claim global warming is man made. Both are distorting the truth for financial gain. Both suppress decades old scientific data that weather modifying / climate change weapons called HAARP (US) & EISCAT (Germany’s EU) are being used to induce climate change for the UN and the Vatican.

Bernard J. Eastlund’s US patent US4686605A, Method and apparatus for altering a region in the earth’s atmosphere, ionosphere, and/or magnetosphere,

“Weather modification is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere wind patterns or altering solar absorption patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device. Also as alluded to earlier, molecular modifications of the atmosphere can take place so that positive environmental effects can be achieved. Besides actually changing the molecular composition of an atmospheric region, a particular molecule or molecules can be chosen for increased presence. For example, ozone, nitrogen, etc. concentrations in the atmosphere could be artificially increased. Similarly, environmental enhancement could be achieved by causing the breakup of various chemical entities such as carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrous oxides, and the like. … A moving plume could also serve as a means for supplying a space station or for focusing vast amount of sunlight on selected portions of the earth. … Still further, plumes in accordance with the present invention can be formed to simulate and/or perform the same functions as performed by the detonation of a “heave’ type nuclear device without actually having to detonate such a device.”

“In such experiments, certain regions of the ionosphere are heated to change the electron density and temperature within these regions. This is accomplished by transmitting from earth-based antennae high frequency electro magnetic radiation at a substantial angle to, not parallel to, the ionosphere’s magnetic field to heat the ionospheric particles primarily by ohmic heating. The electron temperature of the ionosphere has been raised by hundreds of degrees in these experiments,”

Focusing vast amount of sunlight on selected portions of the earth will cause a heatwave in the targeted region. Heating the ionosphere to raise the temperature of the ionosphere by hundreds of degrees will logically induce an artificial global warming effect.

HAARP climate change weapon reactivated

In a lecture on April 27, 1997 at the University of Georgia former Secretary of Defense, William Cohen spoke on weapons of mass destruction. At that lecture Cohen asserted that:

“Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.”

Secretary of Defense Cohen stated that this directed-energy weapon (DEW) is an eco-type of terrorism. Can we take Cohen’s assertions to be true?  As Secretary of Defense, Cohen would have had first hand technical knowledge of the existence of such a weapon of mass destruction. So if what he was saying is true who is using this weapon of mass destruction and eco-type of terrorism? William Cohen told you who in his statement:

Former US Secretary of Defense, William Cohen warned us in 1997 that there is a weapon that is capable of causing climate change. Cohen was talking about the existence of HAARP. Germany built one of its own HAARP weapon that can cause climate change. It’s called EISCAT.

The US’s HAARP was developed by the Bill Clinton / Al Gore administration as a weapon of mass destruction. HAARP was ordered built by Bill Clinton and Al Gore to beam electromagnetic waves into the Earth’s ionosphere to trigger geophysical events such as earthquakes, climate change, volcanic eruptions and the like. Congressional Hearing records during the Clinton administration and HAARP patents disclose that HAARP beaming heats the ionosphere.  This HAARP ionosphere heating can cause a controlled diverting or altering of the natural path of the jet stream.

What does manipulating the jet stream have to do with altering the climate – cause climate change?  The jet stream is literally a fast flowing (at jet speed) stream – of water vapor.  The jet stream transports atmospheric rivers of water vapor around the World. These jet streams of vapor carry an amount of water vapor roughly equivalent to the average flow of water at the mouth of the Mississippi River. When these atmospheric rivers make landfall, they often release this water vapor in the form of rain or snow. By manipulating the jet stream (pushing or pulling it off course) HAARP can modify the weather. HAARP can alter the path an existing high pressure weather system (clear skies) or low pressure weather system (storm clouds) anywhere on Earth just by heating the ionosphere over the target region.

Todd Pedersen, a scientist at the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Space Vehicles Directorate at Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, New Mexico confirmed that HAARP does in fact heat the ionosphere.

“Its powerful radio waves drive ionospheric electrons back and forth in what are called plasma waves. As those driven electrons collide with each other and with background species, their temperature goes up, which is why HAARP is called a heater.”

“the HAARP antenna can heat the ionosphere at specific altitudes where the transmission frequency simultaneously matches two resonances.”

During the past 15 years, HAARP has produced many interesting and unexpected results, perhaps most spectacularly the production of an artificial ionospheric plasma (auroras) generated by radio waves.

The HAARP facility began operating in 1999 with a 6 × 8
array of transmitting antennas that, in total, produced 960 kW
of RF power—about the same as generated by 10 AM radio
stations. The HAARP beam is broad like a flashlight’s, not narrow like a laser’s, but it can be electronically steered anywhere within 30° of zenith—that is, local vertical—and it can operate at 3–10 MHz.

HAARP can also create a column-shaped hole with a diameter of 30 miles that rises a couple of hundred kilometers through the atmosphere. The lower atmosphere then moves up the column to fill in that space, and it changes pressure systems below. The result of hot surface air being sucked up into the column to fill the HAARP created column-shaped hole is a HAARP created hurricane (if HAARP column-shaped hole is made over water) or tornado (if HAARP column-shaped hole is made over land).

The April/May 2000 issue of Scientific American contains an article on the effects of altering the course of the jet stream. This slight change to the jet stream path occurred right above the HAARP facility. That little movement created a storm front 4,000 miles away in east Texas and Louisiana to move into central Florida where it triggered a couple of tornadoes. This article gives evidence that HAARP and Germany’s EISCAT can induce/cause climate change thousands of miles away with only a slight change to the jet stream path.
